About The Hill Gang
The Hill Gang is more than just a group of people who share common interests and goals. The Hill Gang represents the very best ideals of leadership, loyalty and excellence.
Each Hill Gang Member has demonstrated extraordinary dedication to duty and has maintained the highest standards of excellence. These men and women are leading ILD and are the finest examples of the results attained with the ILD system. Each has worked hard to attain this level of association and when a new qualifier joins the group, they are welcomed with open arms and congratulations.
During the special special Leadership Advances there are times set aside for close friendship and association. It is during these “fireside moments” that a bond is formed which imprints ones spirit for life. Leaders among leaders, bound together by the spirit of unity, loyalty and harmony.
