Hill Gang Qualifications
The Hill Gang represents the elite leadership. These men and women have distinguished themselves and reflect great credit upon the organization. Only those who are prepared to devote themselves fully and persevere over time will join these ranks.
To attend one of the Leadership Advances you must be an ILD Member in good standing and attain one of the following four performance milestones listed below.
1. One trip:
- Good for any three years (for six months 7500 PV) with (one month Ruby volume) and one month paying 15 bonus checks.
- Good for any three years starting September 1, - Q-12 (12 for 12) with one month paying 15 bonus checks.
- Fourth year and then on -- Q-12 (12 for 12 with one Ruby month) and one month paying 15 bonus checks.
2. Two trips: (with financial council)
- Q-12 (12 for 12 with three Ruby months) and three months paying 15 bonus checks. Must requalify for this each year.
3. Three Trips: (with financial council)
- Q-12 (12 for 12 with six Ruby months) and six months paying 15 bonus checks. Must requalify each year.
4. Four trips: (with upline council)
- Q-12 (12 for 12 with twelve Ruby months) and twelve months paying 15 bonus checks. Must requalify each year.
